Individuals

I am a facilitator in your self-study to help you move toward self-awareness and growth that is empowering and transforming. We will work with your strengths and creativity to unlock unconscious patterns, soften the ground for you with compassion and understanding and move towards what matters the most to you.

You may come to improve connections in your relationships, work on self-esteem, want guidance through a life transition, or make changes in your workplace, home life, and social life.

You may want to lift yourself out of coping strategies that no longer serve you, such as substance use, OCD, eating-related issues, passive-aggressive tendencies or chronic crisis response.

You may want to move out of patterns of anxiety, depression, and/or shame.

You may want to process grief, trauma, or a specific time/event.

Whatever it is, self-reflection can develop a richer sense of self, create more meaning and connection to spirit, and give you more energy to do the things you really want to do.



Couples

I work with Esther Perel’s approach using compassion and understanding to tap back into your connection with each other. I help you move out of helplessness or anxiety and learn strategies that create ease between each other. Often couples take on each other’s stress. I help you differentiate and find better ways to support each other. I help identify patterns that may be causing an imbalance or a dynamic of avoidance. I parse out the tension and help you move toward what’s important to you.  

Couples may come to improve connection and communication, approach problems differently, and/or work through a specific issue or goal in their relationship.
