Online + Phone Psychotherapy

At present, I am only seeing clients over the phone or video.

For each session, you are welcome to choose phone or video, based on your mood, comfort, or situation.

Fees

The fee for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session with me is $200. For couples and families, it is $235/hour.

Psychotherapy services are exempt from HST.

I hold eight regular sliding scale slots for clients otherwise unable to access therapy. At present, these spots are filled and the waitlist is closed. Sessions can be spread out to help reduce costs, and while clients often begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, they tend to reduce the frequency of sessions in time, eventually scheduling single sessions only when needed. You can of course end therapy at any time.

Insurance

Sessions with me will be covered by many private insurance plans. Make sure to check what credentials your insurance company requires. I provide psychotherapy as a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My registered number is 004850. I have an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology.

This beautiful and welcoming shared office space is located in the Roncesvalles and High Park community. The location is accessible by TTC (Dundas West Station),  with free parking available.

Please come through the parking lot on the west side of Roncesvalles (directly across from the Lit coffee shop , attached to the church) . Follow the Village Healing Centre signs to the second floor and you will find a waiting room.
