I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have a masters, M.Ed. in counselling psychology from University of Toronto, OISE, and an undergraduate degree from McGill University.

I see the time with you as your self-study. I focus on you with full attention and openness. I will help reframe and find perspectives to expand your thinking and feeling and behaviour. I am calming, validating and challenging.
I keep abreast of current research and approaches. I stay attune with my clients through supervision in a group setting with colleagues.
I appreciate the wisdom from my clients and continue to grow and share. I have a mindfulness, yoga, exercise and an art practice, which provides me with a fruitful and restorative presence in everyday living.
